Helping You get back to being your best self

Reconnect to a deeper sense of rest. Take time out for what matters. Renew your life force

When you, or your team, come on retreat with me we will focus on what works; within you, and with each other. We’ll do this with engaging discussions, mindful activities, rhythm, rest, and rejuvination.

Retreat Events

The Retreat adapts to the needs of the group. Below are a sample of some of the sessions you might see during a retreat. Each session runs for 60 – 90 minutes, and they can be swapped around, exptended, and enhanced depending on the design of the retreat. The needs of everyone in the group, and the group as a whole, is what makes these retreats amazing.

Intention Setting & The Law of Attraction

We all know you get what you think about most of the time. And on a neuroscience level, this means the neurons that wire together, fire together. So we set our intentions individually, then collectively, so we are tuning in to each other, and making the most of the space we create.

Systems Thinking & Action

Drawing on the work of systemic constellations and systems thinking the group creates 3D maps of their social or workplace atom and draw insights into better ways of being. We take real world issues and workshop the influence the people central to the issue have and how we can engage and communicate differently with them.

Story Telling

Story telling has existed as method of communicating deep knowledge between people for centuries. On retreat we bring this to life with discussion and transfer back to our day to day life. We rethink the stories we tell outselves, and how we communicate to others, finding common ground and understanding

Meditation

Drawing on the ancient wisdom of Adviata Vedanta, Vipassana, and modern mediation schools of Alan Watts, Rupert Spira and Adyashanti we dive deep into the science and practice of meditation throughout the retreat. All levels of experience are catered for, and there is not one size fits all.

Rhythmic Entrainment

Using elements of Rythm and percussion we downregulate the nervous sysyem to create deep inner peace and reflection. Drawing on rythms from West Africa, Native America, and Australia’s 1st nations people we collectively experience a state of rest and relaxation.

Improv Wisdom

A fun and interactive process for bringing  a deeper understanding and engagement with the moments that matter in work and life. Drawing on the skills of theatre sports and psychodrama, creativity and innovation flow into real life scenarios  where behavioural flexibility is the key to success in our working relationships

Here’s how we work to design your best retreat

Goal Setting

What intention will guide the retreat; resting to reset, decisions to make, problems to solve, performance to lift

Retreat Design

Make the most of the event: venue, space, nature, timing, activity, immersion and engagement

The Experience

How will you, and your group know you got what you needed? What expeirences will enrich and deepen your connection, to yourself, and to each other.

Back to a New World

Learning isn’t learning until there’s behaviour change, so how will we work together to keep the momentum alive

What happens on retreat that makes it so special?

It’s a journey. Another way of being. Space and time to rest and reflect. You will be guided by me as the facilitator, but you’ll know what you need, and the people around you will feel good as well, so there will be a collective wellbeing that lifts all our spirits.

About Me

I have spent 30 years exploring how human behaviour changes (mostly my own 🙂 and applying that in facilitated sessions from board room tables with C-Suite executives to wilderness retreats with youth at risk.

Along the way I’ve ran retreats and offsite workshops and seminars anywhere from Eastern Afghanistan to the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney in Australia.

In my retreats I bring together 30 years of wisdom and practice that optimises human performance, and makes you feel really, really good.

Testimonials

“Absolutely loved this experience. I did the silent retreat (journey into stillness) and found it perfect. Facilitator Peter was amazing I highly recommend you do this 2 day retreat. I came away so restored and with lots of tools and techniques to continue the journey at home”

Karen Eliff

“Pete the Facilitator was fantastic, skilled and knowledgeable. It was a well-balanced program, catering for the experience and needs of individuals. An excellent way to recharge and refresh. The staff were great, beautiful venue and setting and awesome food. I definitely recommend.”

Shane Cumberland

This retreat gave me time to stop, and I didn’t realise how much I needed that. I love how all the activities blended over the weekend to come together and make sense in my day to life, even though I felt like I was a million miles away from home. People came from all different walks of life but we felt so close and connected at the end like we’d know each other for longer than the retreat “
